Corper writes love letter

A Twitter user identified as Director Flo (@amflomotion), has taken to the social networking platform to reveal a letter written by a female student to her teacher who is a member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) serving in her school.


According to the letter, the young girl identified as Aisha, says she is deeply in love with her corps member teacher and is ready to do anything to prove her love to him.


Aisha further disclosed that she knows her teacher does not have a girlfriend because he doesn’t talk about her in class but she is promising to be a good lover to him.


Flo posted a screenshot of the letter and wrote;


“Isn’t this the beginning of trouble for corper Jide? He is a corps member currently serving in Kaduna. I don’t even know what to say.”


Read the letter in full below:


“Corper Jide, you might be thinking I am too small for you but I know I love you very much. I have liked you since the very first time you introduced yourself in our class. Anytime I look at you, I feel very happy and I know you are nice, you don’t flog.


I love you very much and I will do anything to show you how much I love you. I know you don’t have a girlfriend because you don’t talk about her. So I want to be your girlfriend and promise to always be there for you whenever you need me, I am not too small and I know what love means that is why I have written this letter.


I can’t stop thinking about you, I always want to be around you. How you joke and play with us in class makes me like very much. I know I am beautiful and I know I am also very neat. I love you so much and I will do anything to prove it.

academic staff union of polythecnics to begin nationwide strike by december 12

The Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics (ASUP) has declared that it would begin an indefinite strike starting from December 12, 2018. The polytechnic lecturers will join their university colleagues who have been on strike since November 4th to press home their demands with the Federal Government. The National President of ASUP, Usman Dutse, in a chat with Premium Times said the federal government had failed to meet the demands of the polytechnic lecturers. Prior to this impending strike, the union had on October 2 issued a 21-day ultimatum to the government before it extended it to November. But even then, it did not commence the strike.    Mr Dutse said the proposed strike would be “ total and indefinite. This further emphasises the resolution of the 93rd National Executive Council meeting reached at the Yaba College of Technology, Lagos last week. Ekiti treasurer shot dead at sunset

•Party mourns The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti State has been thrown into mourning, following the killing of the Treasurer, Mr. Moses Adeoye, on Wednesday night. He was reportedly shot dead in his home in Otun-Ekiti, the headquarters of Moba Local Government, when having supper. The gunmen were said to have invaded Adeoye’s home about 9pm and shot the victim. He was killed a few hours after returning to Otun-Ekiti after being part of the town hall meetings held by Governor Kayode Fayemi in Ekiti North and Ekiti South senatorial districts. Adeoye was the APC chairman in his local government before he became the treasurer at the state congress in September. Police spokesman Caleb Ikechukwu said the command had begun investigation.
