Defection: Hon. Ituen Defects From PDP To APC.

The Federal High court sitting in Uyo has declared vacant the seat of Hon Ituen, who decamped from PDP to APC. The court interpreted the relevant section of the constitution and stated that there is no division in the PDP to warrant the lawmaker to defect to the APC. Good and sound judgment.
