Berbatov And Jose Mourinho Clash Together As They Wants A New Defender.

Man UTD Boss/ berbatov clashes

Manchester United are not "short of money" and need to land two centre-halves during the January transfer window, claims Dimitar Berbatov.

The Red Devils spent much of the summer pursing defensive additions, only to be left empty-handed.

Jose Mourinho has continued to monitor the likes of Toby Alderweireld, with the Tottenham defender considered to figure on a wish list alongside the likes of Napoli's Kalidou Koulibaly and Atletico Madrid's Diego Godin.

Berbatov believes United will need to dig deep in order to bring in two of those top targets, with frailties at the back continuing to hinder Mourinho's cause.

The former United striker has, however, warned that doing business over the winter will not be easy, or cheap.

“They need to reinforce at the back especially centre backs, one or two,” Berbatov told The Mirror.

“In every other position they have several quality players and everything they need, so just defence needs reinforcing. Hopefully they can find one or two and then they should be okay.

“It'll be more difficult in the winter transfer window then the summer one to make signings for Mourinho but he should be able to find one person he wants to bring in.

“So if there is someone he wants to bring in the board should listen to him because it's obvious that the club aren't perfect right now and aren't in the position that they want to be in. They need to improve on that, if it means bringing one or two people, it shouldn't be a problem.

“I mean it's not like Manchester United are short of money.”

The Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics (ASUP) has declared that it would begin an indefinite strike starting from December 12, 2018. The polytechnic lecturers will join their university colleagues who have been on strike since November 4th to press home their demands with the Federal Government. The National President of ASUP, Usman Dutse, in a chat with Premium Times said the federal government had failed to meet the demands of the polytechnic lecturers. Prior to this impending strike, the union had on October 2 issued a 21-day ultimatum to the government before it extended it to November. But even then, it did not commence the strike.    Mr Dutse said the proposed strike would be “ total and indefinite. This further emphasises the resolution of the 93rd National Executive Council meeting reached at the Yaba College of Technology, Lagos last week. Government has failed to implement and fulfil agreements it reached with the union as contained in the memora...

I have been very inquisitive about air travel lately. This took me on a journey to actually find out how much it costs to fuel planes. In this article, we would be using a Boeing 747 as reference and data (cost of aviation fuel) provided by IATA (International Air Transport Association). We would be calculating how much fuel would be consumed on a flight from Lagos (MMA) to London (Heathrow). First, let’s get some parameters right Distance between the two airports :- Approx. 5,006 Km Time taken for the journey :- 6 hours 35 mins , which is equal to 395 mins Cost of aviation fuel :- According to IATA, it costs 211.23 cts/gal cts/gal is a term used in aviation,it means cents per gallon. Lets convert this figure to ₦/litre Lets use 360 per $ One dollar is 100 cents 211.23 cents = 2.11 dollars To Naira = ₦759.6 This figure is per gallon 1 Gallon is approx. 3.79 litres That means its costs ₦759.6 per 3.79 litres That gives us ₦200.42 per litre ...
