Plane caught fire at Lagos Airport.

A plane belonging to the Overlands airways caught fire this afternoon at murtala Mohammed airport Lagos state Nigeria.
A true witness of the story said that the plane was undergoing some series of servicing before the sudden incident happened,though there was no loss of life..

Buhari Declares State of Emergency.

VinnelsNews -While speaking during the Special Town Hall Meeting of the Federal Government held at the University College Hospital (UCH) in Ibadan, the Minister of Water Resources, Alhaji Suleiman Adamu, on Thursday, said that President Muhammadu Buhari would declare a state of emergency on water and sanitation come Nov. 8. According to NEWSMEN, the town hall meeting held at the Theophilus Ogunlesi Hall of the institution, was aimed at briefing the people on the achievements of the Buhari-led administration in infrastructure development. Fayose explains how he got the 4.685billion from obanikoro

•Ex-governor asks for mattress Former Ekiti State Governor Ayodele Fayose is telling the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) detectives all he knows about the N4.685 billion allegedly withdrawn from the Office of National Security Adviser (ONSA). Fayose spoke yesterday after 72 hours in detention. He admitted knowing a former Minister of State (Defence) Mr. Musiliu Obanikoro, who ferried N1.299billion slush funds to him in a chartered jet. He also said he has links with Abiodun Agbele, who allegedly bought six choice properties for him in Lagos and Abuja.
